SHIPPING POLICY

We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

**Note** We are currently only able to ship within the U.S and Canada.​​​​​​​
1. SHIPPING
​
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 3-5 business days. Orders will be via USPS or UPS. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
​
In the event your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you via email to setup re-shipment. There will be an additional fee of $20 for orders that need to be re-shipped within the U.S. You may also choose to request a full refund.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
​
Sister’s Tree LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it or it arrived damaged, please contact the carrier your order was shipped with.

5. RETURN/REFUND POLICY
​
Sister’s Tree LLC allows you to return our item(s) within 7 days after delivery. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused. We will not be able to offer refunds for returns that have been opened or used.

6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
​
In the event items in your order are out-of-stock, we will contact you via email. You may choose to have us send available items first and send remaining items when items arrive back in stock (there will be not additional shipping fees), ship order once all items are in stock, or you may cancel your order.
7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
When working with www.sisterstreellc.org, you have the following option when it comes to taxes as well as import taxes: customer will need to settle fees when arriving in destination country.
8. ACCEPTANCE
